As we continue to grow, Weed Man offers part time “seasonal” and full-time employment opportunities. We are currently looking for our next great (General Labor) Lawn Care Worker to join our successful team – No Experience Required!
As a (General Labor) Lawn Care Worker, you will carry out duties such as:
- Applications of fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved
- Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating “truck leads”
- Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
- Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers’ lawn
- Maintain expected production schedule
- Completion of paperwork with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment
- Maintain a professional personal appearance

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
- Driving Experience: Minimum 4 years
- General Labour Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Class 5 Licence – Required!
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills
