Description We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet guests and visitors, answer phone calls, and provide information to clients, customers, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and exceptional organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Provide information and answer inquiries about company products, services, and policies
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Receive and sort incoming mail and packages; distribute to appropriate recipients
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
