Position Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing WELL’s strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and business support to senior management. You leverage broad financial planning process and systems experience and are comfortable shifting between strategic and tactical priorities and focus in a high-pace, high-growth healthcare technology company. The position will report directly to the SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization. At WELL, we believe in fair and equitable compensation, and our goal is to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value and expertise of the selected candidate.
Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000
