About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Bilingual Distribution Finance Relationship Associate in Mississauga or Montreal.
In this role, you will:
Maintain and grow strong working relationships with assigned portfolio of customers and business stakeholders
Perform ongoing account monitoring for accounts, including trends, daily queue management, delinquency, and relationship management.
Avoid preventable loan losses by proactive portfolio monitoring and management, and problem loan recognition and management
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Make decisions and resolves issues to meet business objectives
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of relationship management or customer services experience
Bilingual (French/English)
Desired Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience in commercial finance lending or within the commercial banking industry
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with internal stakeholders and clients which include dealers, distributors and manufacturers.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, recognize the importance of data integrity and adherence to credit policy and procedures.
Customer Service Experience preferred
Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated
Ability to work proactively, organizing and managing multiple priorities

Prendre des décisions et résoudre des problèmes afin d’atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
Interpréter les politiques, les procédures et les exigences en matière de conformité
Consulter et collaborer avec les pairs, les collègues et les gestionnaires pour résoudre les problèmes et atteindre les objectifs
Interagir avec les clients internes
Qualifications requises :
Au moins 6 mois d’expérience dans le domaine des services financiers ou du service à la clientèle
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
Qualifications souhaitées :
Diplôme de premier cycle en commerce, administration des affaires, comptabilité ou finance avec une expérience de travail équivalente en crédit commercial ou dans le secteur des services bancaires commerciaux
Solides compétences en communication et capacité à travailler efficacement et en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et les clients, notamment les concessionnaires, les distributeurs et les fabricants
Grand souci du détail et capacité de reconnaître l’importance de l’intégrité des données et du respect de la politique et des procédures de crédit
Expérience en service à la clientèle souhaitable
Bonnes compétences informatiques et capacité d’apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systèmes
Fortes compétences analytiques et souci prononcé du détail et de la précision
Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle, orale et écrite
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et avec tous les niveaux de l’organisation, dans des environnements dans lesquels la souplesse, la collaboration et la faculté d’adaptation comptent
Dynamisme, capacité d’apprendre rapidement, attitude positive, motivation
Capacité de travailler en amont, de coordonner et de gérer plusieurs priorités
