Seeking a responsible Part-time person to work at West Coast Toyota. The successful applicant will report to the Office Manager, the right candidate must value customer service as he or she will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner to clients and visitors.
Duties will include:
- Receiving and directing incoming calls from the main switchboard.
- Professionally and courteously greeting all visitors that walk into the showroom. Must be comfortable answering any inquiries and directing them to a specific sales person.
- Receiving/directing incoming mail from couriers and ensure that mail and courier supplies are available, ordering stock when necessary.
- Issuing Receipts, Accepting payments on Point of Sale machine
