Data Entry Clerk

West Four Group of Companies Inc. is a Western Canadian leader in supplying doors, hardware, and building specialties. Our trade brands are Madero, Penner, Security Building Supplies, and Two Six Creative, with facilities in Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

Our Head Office Team in Saskatoon has an opportunity for a part time position that is best suited to a candidate requiring flexibility in schedule and hours during the day. This person should be able to work 25-32 hours during the week spread over 4-5 days. The Data Entry Clerk will be part of the Procurement team supporting our Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Marketing Departments.

Position and Responsibilities:

· Data entry & inventory coding for the e-commerce component of our website and our corporate ERP system

· Date Entry of new codes and new product programs while maintaining pricing on existing codes

· Occasional project work to further advance internal systems

· Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel documents

· Support the completion of database related projects as required

· Will accept the challenge of learning the many and varied details of the door and hardware industry

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High level of skill with Excel and other standard desktop business software

· Formal training and hands-on experience with large commercial database systems

· Experience with web-based commerce applications beneficial

· The ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Sense of accountability

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· A realization that customer service and relationships are a primary focus
