Who You Are:
- You possess a drivers license, have suitable transportation and are willing and able to drive between buildings (not more than 100 kilometres per week). Free parking is provided, and you are reimbursed for mileage.
- You have a professional appearance to suit this position
- You are a good communicator and work well with a team or independently
- You carry your own cell phone
- You have a minimum one-year general maintenance experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking up garbage
- Unplugging toilets
- Changing lightbulbs
- Identify and rectify general maintenance issues
- Respond to tenant requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Observe property for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift, carry or move heavy items
- Cell phone aptitude
- Security clearance required upon offer of employment
