THE OPPORTUNITY
Western is currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Intern to join our team in Vancouver, BC on a 6 or 8 month contract.
What You’ll Do: The Finance Intern is responsible for supporting accounting, tax, reporting, internal control and other finance streams through a variety of tasks which will support the development and enhancement of the individual’s financial and analytical skills.
Who You Are: This is a great opportunity for a 3rd or 4th-year university student, recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in finance or administration to enhance their financial and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and has strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Work Environment: This position is based out of our Vancouver Corporate Office and due to the high volume of paperwork and crossover work within the finance teams, the incumbent will be required to work in office.
