The Service Advisor will act as Twin Peaks Motorsports front line customer relations and service representative.
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Developing customer relationships by telephone, walk in and online enquires
Scheduling and following up on service appointments
Consulting with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
Other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Detail oriented customer service and troubleshooting skills
Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
Highly flexible
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
