This position is eligible for remote work, within Canada, under our mobile workforce program.
Overview of role:
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, sustainment, and evolution of People Technology solutions across the enterprise. This includes working with key stakeholders and business partners to assess and understand business processes and recommend how those processes can be implemented and/or improved by leveraging technology. The Business Analyst will define problems, assess needs, elicit requirements, and manage risks, stakeholders, and deliverables, to solve business problems and meet project goals and objectives. Critical to the technology roadmap for the supported business unit, the Business Analyst will also provide input and feedback to the Product Owner / Manager related to the multi-year lifecycle of the products they support.
