The opportunity:
The Receptionist is an integral part of a team and will be the first point of contact for clients.
In this role you will:
- Professionally represent Westland Insurance
- Handles customer service inquiries which are basic and routine
- Engages with clients, greeting them as they enter the office, answering client phone calls and making outgoing phone calls regarding the renewal of insurance policies
- Maintains positive customer relations and responds to problems and enquiries
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or trouble shooting
Here’s what you bring:
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Experience working in an office environment an asset
- Solid organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tech savvy
