Job Description
Service advisor duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and building rapport with our valued clients
• Gathering all client and vehicle information
• Listening and documenting our clients servicing needs on a repair order
• Effectively communicating with our technicians and parts department to ensure our clients needs are met
• Keeping our clients updated on their vehicle status and providing quotes for any necessary repairs or maintenance items
• Checking and processing warranty claims including recalls
• Providing a final invoice to the client and explaining in detail the work performed, any outstanding repairs or maintenance items and scheduling the next service
• Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and Toyota Canada

• Listens and delivers clear messages to customers
• Loves being part of a team and works well with others
• Thrives in a fast paced environment due to amazing organizational skills, stays on top of all paperwork and manages time effectively
• Able to perform a detailed vehicle walk around with each customer and provide excellent detailed information on work order for each concern
• Previous service advisor experience preferred
