The Opportunity:
We have an opening for a Customer Service Supervisor in our customer service department located out of our Calgary facility. By mentoring the customer service department, you will be responsible for supporting the team as well as looking after your own accounts in entering, reviewing, and processing orders in a timely, accurate and detailed manner. You will also communicate with different departments including sales, production, design, shipping, and scheduling to ensure orders on being processed on time and our customers are satisfied.
