Who we need
We need a detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy Client Success Coordinator to be part of our growing team.
- You’ll identify opportunities and potential clients and spearhead mutual high-value relationships.
- You’ll actively nurture and develop relationships with new and existing clients ‒ ensuring we have a deep understanding of their goals and needs.
- As a champion of our brands, products, and services, you’ll prepare and review proposals that reflect what’s right for all sides.
- You’ll collaborate with teams to meet client’s needs, requests, and proposals.

- You’ll do a deep dive into Canadian financial products and banking solutions, expanding your subject matter expertise and product knowledge.

- You’ll conduct regular research and data updates to various spreadsheets ‒ ensuring numbers and facts are 100% accurate.
- You’ll create and maintain business files, records, and processes using our accounting program, CRM system, and cloud office suite as needed.
- You’ll support business projects and assist the team as needed.
- You’ll facilitate client relations with excellence and service top of mind.
- You’ll investigate and respond to all inquiries promptly and accurately.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- You’ll wear many different hats in a lean, agile, and fast-paced culture.
Who you are
You care about your work, you know your stuff, and you go the extra mile.
- You’re a citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent and have at least 2 years experience working in a fast-paced professional services or start-up environment.
- You have a background in finance, including financial institutions/banking, so numbers and spreadsheets are in your wheelhouse.
- You have a fine-tuned attention to detail and high standards when it comes to accuracy.
- You can think on your feet ‒ no problem is too big, no question is too difficult ‒ you know how to find the right answers online and offline.
- “Organized” is your middle name ‒ you get things sorted, completed, and delivered on-time (or earlier).
- You’re reliable and trustworthy ‒ you care about your clients and team and doing your work well.
- You have proven skills using G Suite, Office, and CRM Platforms.
- You’re comfortable with technology, live in the cloud, and can learn and adapt quickly.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- You have innate problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- You’re a self-starter who is able to work both independently and collaboratively and who is committed to continuous learning.
