Join a growing residential and commercial cleaning service as an office assistant.
Whiskey Jack Cleaning is seeking a work from home office assistant to help with daily tasks. At this point the position will be part-time during the day but we expect to need a full-time assistant in the near future.
Work days and hours can be negotiated and we’re open to working with you to fit it into your schedule. The hope is to have hours around 10am-4pm Monday to Friday.
Pay will start at $20 an hour and increase after six months of employment. You may also receive bonus pay and commission.
Duties:
– Scheduling
– Invoicing
– Receiving phone calls and emails from new and existing clients
– Receiving phone calls from staff and problem solve to find a solution to any issues
– Income and expense tracking
– Inventory management
This is a new position for the company and we are happy to work together with you to develop systems that make sense for both of us.

We prefer applicants with a background in excel/google sheets and who feel comfortable on the phone speaking with clients. No previous office assistant experience is necessary and we will spend the time to train you thoroughly so you feel comfortable with every aspect of the job.
