Role Description

White Rock Honda invites you to apply to our full-time Finance Manager role. The Finance Manager will work at our on-site location in White Rock, BC. As a Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and administering the financial operations of our dealership. This includes but is not limited to structuring automotive loans, preparing loan documentation, evaluating and approving loan applications, monitoring the dealership’s financial performance, and preparing financial reports. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills as the Finance Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within an automotive dealership
• Experience in structuring and securing financing deals, preparing required documentation, and submitting loan applications to financial institutions, credit bureaus or other credit agencies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive financing and lease products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Dealer Management Systems
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
