We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service and technology skills to assist with administrative duties and parts locating / ordering for a small automotive repair shop. Duties would include assisting customers and service staff with booking service work, locating and ordering parts, completing quotes, invoicing, and collecting payments. Maintain and update filing system. Candidate would be responsible for answering phone and being main point of contact for customers.
Skills needed are strong organization skills, detail orientated, technology proficient, able to multi task. Previous Administrative and Parts experience would be an asset. Ability to ensure confidential information is protected and maintained.
Position is full time, permanent, Mon- Fri
Wages negotiable dependent on experience.
