Wide Range Transportation Looking for Customer Service Representative at Grimsby, ON Full Time

We are looking for an experienced customer-oriented service representative to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests from clients. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls• Generate sales leads• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies• Take the extra mile to engage customers Requirements• Proven customer support experience• Track record of over-achieving quota• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters• Excellent communication skills• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment• Strong attention to detail Work under pressure. A strong knowledge of local geography is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
