If you share our values, we want to meet you. The Assistant Superintendent will assist the Site Superintendent on the day to day operations of the field teams as well as work on the tools.

• Quality Control: Reviews and maintains the QC program to ensure the highest quality.
• Field Performance: Monitors field performance.
• Lead the Field Teams: Ensures team members are adhering to policies, programs and schedules.
• Core Values: interacts effectively with other parts of the company; establishes a culture of accountability in managing the business; wins trust within the Company community.

Requirements:

• Commercial/industrial construction experience
• Previous experience in an Assistant Superintendent/Lead Hand role
• MS Office Suite, Bluebeam
• Willingness to Travel
