Willowridge Construction is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team in a Long-Term Site Services role! We are currently looking for a Materials Management Professional to join our team. We offer a great work atmosphere, competitive wages and this position offers a long term employment opportunity.
Willowridge takes a customer service team driven approach to its site services delivery. With that, all team members, regardless of area of expertise or years of experience are expected to help with providing a complete site services solution for our clients.

Responsibilities
· Be a collaborative site services team member, with a focus on working together to provide a complete site services solution for our clients
· Participating in team safe work planning and execution strategies by utilizing our library of industry leading safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
· Plans, schedules, assigns, supervises purchasing and warehousing personnel
· Meets with vendors or potential vendors to resolve procurement problems, establish blanket-purchasing agreements, service agreements and negotiate terms
· Monitors and periodically evaluates unassigned or surplus materials and generates deletion forms as necessary
· Ensures coordination of materials and supplies and monitors levels of inventory items to ensure required material is available when needed
· Coordinates purchasing needs of all departments
· Ensures correctness of orders and items received; ensures proper documentation of purchase orders, receiving slips and issue tickets.
· Periodically spot check inventory items for control counts
Experience
· Minimum two or more years of experience working in a construction or manufacturing environment with a focus on warehouse, inventory, planning, quality, procurement, or equivalent

· Clean D&A record
· CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020
· WHMIS 2015
· H2S Alive
· Class 5 Drivers License and clean abstract
