Senior Accountant (18-Month Contract)
Mississauga, ON (Hybrid- 3 days in office)
Up to $85,000 + benefits
Our client is an extremely credible residential developer located in the west end of the GTA. The company has been around Canada and the US for over 30 years and has constructed an abundance of residential homes, condominiums and affordable homes, with a unique mix in commercial and development properties.
The senior accountant will need to be equipped with the ability to operate all aspects of accounting that include reporting, cashflow and accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reports for projects
- Budgeting for both monthly and quarterly cash-flow statements
- Reconcile book statements and all accounts for project accounting
- Prepare and analyze GST/ HST returns
Qualifications:
- Construction or real-estate background is an asset
- CPA certified or in process (preferred)
- Minimum of 4 overall accounting experience
