Reporting to the VP Sales, the Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for making sure the sales teams are operating as efficiently and productively as possible. Using a healthy amount of data tracking and analysis, the successful incumbent will provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve performance and track success against corporate goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness. Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, playbooks, toolkits, and skills development
· Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation and targeting, and sales motion
· Ensure our new and existing reps are both onboarded and ‘everboarded’ well; programs, coaching, training, and tools are in place to provide ongoing learning and development
· Partner with VP sales, to develop annual goals and on driving day-to-day execution
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· University degree from an accredited institution along with 8+ years’ experience in revenue operations within a technology company.
· Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
· Experience in managing sales & marketing process including pipeline, forecasting, CRM (Salesforce), etc
· Exceptional communicator and willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to support the global sales team.
