Wiser Solutions, Inc. Looking for Instore Engagement Coordinator at Canada Full Time

Location of Job: This role is Remote in Canada.

Wiser is looking for somebody to add to our rock-star Customer Engagement team. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, with analytical and technical skills, plus have a strong work ethic and an overall fun attitude. Essential Functions (details of the job)

• Implement all aspects of our Wiser In-Store Missions to ensure we are meeting both internal and external goals, including survey creation, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance.
• Define, lead, and run implementations (projects) for instore customers based in North America
• Responsible for working with customers to ensure accountability and successful project completion according to the scoped business and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project coverage to ensure we are meeting requirements and delivering on contracts.
• Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Customer Success and Data Analytics teams to ensure the final deliverable drives value for our customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably around project execution
• Superior project management and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Be a team player who can wear multiple hats to accommodate business needs
• Adhere to a high standard of excellence and quality
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com or similar Project Management tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MySQL a plus
