I. Job Summary
Provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers. This senior level coordinator is more experienced in an administrative coordinator role and may be expected to perform at a higher level of responsibility in comparison to the entry-level coordinator position. Duties and tasks are varied and may be somewhat complex. Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Under minimal supervision, assists in administering the community and municipal disposal and franchise fee reporting requirements.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Prepare high quality, accurate, and timely franchise and disposal reports to our municipalities.

Ensure that all internal controls are followed related to assigned functions.

Assist in preparation of municipal audits.

Monthly Quarterly and Yearly Reporting Requirements to our municipalities.

Assures that franchise payments are made by their appropriate due date.

Assist the Community and Municipal department with municipal events.

Completes special projects as required.

This job has no supervisory duties, but may occasionally act as a team lead
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma (accredited) or GED (accredited)
Experience: Three (3) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet skills required (sorting, cutting/pasting, pivot table reports and range of math formulas) and intermediate Word document skills. Good interpersonal skills as well as good oral and written communication skills.

Normal setting for this job is an office setting (Hybrid) 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
