As this position you will assist the manager to analyse and make suggestions on the performance of sales team and be responsible for building a rapport with B2B customers in your given territories and maintain a relationship for regular reorder sales. In addition, you will also need to develop opportunities with new customers so as to build your network and increase future sales in your region. You will be required educate their customers on the various WonderFil™ products and be able to recommend new products that might be suitable to their business. Strong organization skills are needed to maintain workflow and stay efficient.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist in training, managing and organizing the sales team in exploiting new business opportunities and accounts
· Maintain regular contact by phone and email with current customers to provide product support and receive their orders
· Offer promotions established by the sales and marketing team to customers so as to introduce new products and deals to their business
· Update customer records
· Attend sales meetings and report on activities within the given territories
· Achieve or exceed sales targets
Skills and Qualifications
· A strong command of the English language, written and verbal
. Proficient or intermediate level in French
· Knowledge of using CRM software to maintain database
· Confidence to bring new ideas to the team for marketing and sales strategies
· Highly self-motivated, organized and disciplined
· Ability to work autonomously throughout the day
· Knowledge in sewing and quilting is a definite plus
Education and Experience
· Post-secondary education with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
