Woodstock Hospital Looking for 1 Permanent Full Time Food Services Worker, Food Services at Woodstock, ON Full Time

• Previous institutional experience in food preparation/service an asset.
• Food Handlers Course mandatory (must be completed within 30 days of offer)
• Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
• Able to perform activities related to patient service and food production.
• Able to perform some housekeeping functions, such as cleaning equipment, moving carts, lifting and bending.
• Team player with good “customer service”, communication skills and reading skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Satisfactory performance appraisals in present position.
• Satisfactory attendance.
• Safety conscious and able to stand and walk for up to an 8-hour period.
• Commitment to Service Excellence.
• Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check.
• Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization.
