Our client in the construction industry is looking for a Foreman/Lead hand to come join their growing team.
You will have a background in working on infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects, ideally be located within the Brantford metropolitan area and bring a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
A day in the life will entail communicating with the Site Supervisors, plan, direct and oversee the activities of employees during the construction of the project from start to finish. You will ensure deadlines are met as well as have a safety-first mindset.
Collaborative teamwork is key to your success, as well as a flexibility to move around from site to site and be available and hands-on when needed.
General schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours with flexibility to attend to business needs as they arise.
Wage for this position is competitive, ranging from $35/hr to $40/hr with an additional bonus structure linked to performance metrics and KPIs.
