As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Chat Representative to
enhance our customer service experience.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Chat Representative to join
our team and provide excellent customer support through our online
chat platform. As a Chat Representative, you will assist customers
with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive interaction,
ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of Our
Convenience Store.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the online chat
platform.
* Address and resolve customer concerns, questions, and issues in a
professional and friendly manner.
* Provide product information, pricing, and availability to
customers.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective
communication with customers.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when
necessary.
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Uphold company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using online chat platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Customer-focused and service-oriented.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with convenience store products is an asset.
