Duties * Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
* Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer
satisfaction
* Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
* Assist with food handling and preparation as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
* Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
* Assist with setting up tables and preparing the dining area for
service
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role
Preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
efficiently
* Basic math skills for cash handling and order totals calculation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
attention to detail
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation
procedures
