We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Virtual Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is proactive, a self-starter, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing email and calendar
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with research and compiling reports as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper files
- Collaborate with other team members to complete special projects as assigned
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred
