Job Description:
The Scrum Master plays a key servant leadership role in the delivery of successful technology solutions that support business growth and innovation at World Vision Canada.
As a member of the Digital & Information Technology Division, this position leads one or more cross-functional Scrum / SAFe teams in delivering the highest possible business value. Embrace, promote, model, mentor and evolve Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, LEAN, and Agile principles throughout the entire Digital Division and even into the rest of the organization.
