Job Description
The Total Rewards Specialist will report to the People & Culture Manager (Talent Shared Services) and will drive the WVC Total Rewards strategy to ensure it provides a meaningful employee value proposition. They will research, strategize, measure, and execute on all aspects of compensation, benefits, pension, staff care, and wellness in alignment with organizational priorities, legislative requirements, and best practices.
