Come join an amazing team at Match Retail and support our WOW! mobile boutique team as the new Sales Transaction Analyst! This role is within the Finance team, and supports all our retail locations nationally. It is a remote position with a planned return to a Mississauga-based office in 2023.
What you will achieve
- Checking daily transactions to ensure correct discounts are applied through the correct use of Price Corrections and other designated point of sale tools and use the already established process, flow and templates
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports summarizing analyzed findings and communicate trends
- Monitor certain aspects of compliance in stores (digital contract signing as an example)
- Coach back on mistakes found while maintaining strong working relationships with the field teams
- Channel any misuse to the Loss Prevention team
- Provide timely and accurate responses to field enquiries
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- Advanced experience and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, statistical analysis)
- Excellent understanding of transaction components and wireless pricing concepts
- A minimum of 6 months wireless sales experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles (desirable)
- Analytical, detail oriented, inquisitive and persistent mindset

What we offer
