Wright Rehab, Ontario’s rehabilitation experts for brain injury and spinal cord trauma patients and their caregivers are seeking a professional and experienced administrator to support our Clients, Professional relationships and our Leadership Team in our Strathroy office.
The ideal candidate will be client focused and take pride in delivering great customer service. The individual must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and enjoy working with multiple software applications.
- Provide administrative support to clients, field staff and the leadership team
- Recruitment- maintain resumes, contractor databases and contracts
- Support marketing events
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships
- Work with internal departments to ensure company meets professional/clients’ expectations
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: From $32,000.00 per year
