Wynford is a corporate event production and management company that is dedicated to helping our clients strengthen their cultures and drive results through the power of transformational live and digital events and experiences. These include customized incentive travel programs, conferences, experiential workshops, launch events, and all things in between. We employ approximately 60 full-time employees in Canada and have a flexible workforce of approximately 100 with contract and occasional positions located in Canada and the USA. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a permanent part-time position (3 days or 24 hours per week) with the flexibility to work from home. You will help create an environment for people at Wynford to do their best work. Reporting jointly to the Co-Vice Presidents, you will have administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities – with the opportunity to engage in all aspects of human resources. You are confident, curious, and passionate about your work. You think like an entrepreneur, and you appreciate how human resources practices are a critical enabler to Wynford’s culture and success. You are a go-getter, have a can-do attitude, and roll up your sleeves to make it happen. You are a natural problem solver, possess maturity and sensitivity, solution focused and comfortable working in an environment that is very fast paced and demands robust deliverables. You are comfortable and enjoy wearing both a strategic and operational hat.
