Our Client in downtown west Toronto is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounting Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience. He/she will have great organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
– Full-cycle accounts payable duties
– 3 way matching, PO management and weekly cheque runs
– Assists with purchasing, commissions, inventory, payroll and reconcile accounts
– Advanced computer skills, experienced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word &
Power Point)
– Strong mathematical skills and ability to manage large amounts of data
