We’re expanding our team and looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. You’ll assist our team so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you’ll help our company excel at Go-To-Market hiring.

You will…
- Interview Candidates for roles from sales to support
- Coordinate Candidates scheduling for the entire hiring process, including debriefs
- Review and Source Talent across multiple tools
- Serve as Point of Contact for the process from post-recruiter screen to final steps
- Partner with HR to offer documentation
- Build Relationships with Hiring Managers to understand and fulfill their needs
- Maintain Pipelines to ensure the best candidate experience
- Handle our referral process
You are…
- Organized and detail focused you’re meticulous and used to operating to a high standard, you are great at bringing a high level of organization to any team.
- Passionate about learning and not intimidated by new domains or technology; you’re willing to dive into documentation/videos, talk to your teammates, and experiment to become well-versed.
- Excellent communicator in verbal and written English communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- A team player who enjoys building relationships cross-functionally and wants to build the best culture.
- A self-starter who can get things done and manage your time effectively remotely.
