What You’ll Be Doing:

As a training specialist, you will be providing training and consultation to educators via video conference or in person. You will develop engaging training programs, create training videos and report on the efficacy of training procedures. You’ll have an opportunity to work collaboratively with other teams and attend conferences, write content, and provide feedback on our products. Your presentation skills, educational insights, and commitment to bettering education for all, will help make personalized career and education planning a reality for students.

You’ll work with the training and client services teams to:

· Develop effective web-based and in person trainings for our customers

· Create user friendly training videos, guides and manuals

· Deliver both in person web-based training to a variety of audiences ensuring that participants develop a deep understanding of our product

· Provide onboarding support to new customers ensuring that their implementation is successful and supporting the needs of their students

· Research emerging trends in education, school counseling and state accountability standards

· Maintain training schedule including webinars and onsite workshops

· Travel to deliver onsite trainings, other presentations, or attend conferences, as needed.

You will work closely across various teams and play an integral role in forming and shaping an understanding of how XAP’s platforms can meet client and market needs within the education industry’s K-20 space.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $36,075.00-$80,000.00 per year
