Strong organizational skills Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) Fast and accurate typing abilities Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and techniques Responsibilities: Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering information as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company information. Retrieve data from various sources including physical documents or digital files. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Collaborate with team members to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the data entry process. Identify errors or discrepancies in entered data and report them immediately for resolution.
