Reporting to the Manager, Control Centre the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for leading various inter-departmental & operational processes related to our Fibre, Fixed Wireless and Satellite services, in support of daily truck roll/operational efficiencies across our Internal, and External Field Technician groups as well as 3rd party contractors as required. This is a 3 month full time term remote position.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Direction and coordination of field-based installation and repair technicians.
- Day to day performance management of the Dealer Technicians with a goal of achieving daily key performance metrics while maintaining an excellent standard of service for customers.
- Assisting field team with Inventory management guidance and best practices.
- Ensure Dealer compliance to all company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating and Completing Operational Objectives – assist with FSL Implementation for Western Canada.
- Maintain contact with cross functional teams to communicate workload status, potential issue and emerging opportunities.
- Other work as assigned.

- Bringing forward customer escalations to DOMs attention
- GANTT Review / Corrections
- Quality and Work Order Compliance Audits
- Onboarding of FSL for External Field Technician

- Connecting back-office work objectives to relevant context for field team
- Delegating tasks / coordinate departments to achieve task completion
- Managing project progress when required; Reporting progress to DOMs / Other internal departments
