The Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in attracting qualified individuals and rigorously screen for the best candidate for the current position and the future opportunities. Ability to apply HR tools such as behavioral based interviewing and scoring systems to make objective recommendations. Industry knowledge in order to promote strengths will play a key role in effectively recruiting and retaining drivers and Owner Operators.
