Office Administrator / Receptionist

We are looking for a part time employee that has the following qualifications;
A diligent, responsible and conscientious person, who takes pride in their work.
Hard-working, efficient, organized and proactive.
Strong inter- personal and communication skills. Outgoing personality

If you have children going back to school, then this may be the perfect job for you. Start and finish time to be negotiated, however as an example:

Start at 9:30am finish at 3pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch.

Responsibilities;

Perform regular office support activities including assisting owner, liaising with external support persons,
managing files, etc.

Assist in providing excellent client service either on the phone or in person, with existing or walk-in clients,
Perform reception work, filing, ensuring the office is cleaned daily, ordering all supplies and parts as
required, handle all mail and couriers outgoing and incoming.

Scheduling of appointments using online software.

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate professionally with excellent organization skills, the ability to prioritize high
volumes of work, and ability to respond easily to shifting priorities

Proactive regarding follow-up for outstanding items
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, additionally Google Calendar, Click-Up
Commitment to attention to detail in all work
Ability to learn new information and computer systems quickly

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
