1. Design and deliver lessons at an appropriate level for elementary/secondary school students attending the class
2. Demonstrate experience in specified curriculum development
3. Create lesson plans in advance of the teaching day based on the curriculum
4. Communicate feedback to participants in an appropriate and sensitive manner also accommodating special learning needs as required
5. Keep teaching records/logs and submit reports as required
6. Create tests, submit results and progress reports to both students and parents
7. Provide resources for students
8. Keep the classroom neat and organized
9. Take daily student attendance, maintain student documentation and perform data entry
10. Report students’ progress to the manager regularly
11. Attend professional development seminars on a regular basis
12. Perform other duties as assigned
