Education:
Master’s degree in Education, Adult Education, Higher Education, Psychology, Student Development, Counselling, or other directly related field, or an equivalent of an Undergraduate Degree in a field as reflected above plus two years recent related experience (defined as within the last three years), or an equivalent of relevant post-secondary development and experience, such as diplomas, relevant courses, or certificates, plus related experience plus four years recent related experience (defined as within the last five years). The noted education equivalencies are in addition to the experiential requirements outlined below.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years related developmental academic advising experience including project planning and coordination, interpreting and applying complex policies and legislation, advising on a variety of matters related to academic programs, assessing student academic records, in a student service area.

Data input, collection and reporting.
