Young Livestock Looking for Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher Assistant at Exeter, ON Full Time

We are looking for:

• General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and mailings
• Typing of correspondence and various documents
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare invoices/receipts as directed
• Assists with monthly preparation
• Payroll processing
• Working with excel programs
• Customs boarder paperwork
• Mapping of farms on google
• Updating load boards data entry
• Monthly IFTA filling
• Has a general understanding of livestock
• Working along with the Senior dispatcher

• Positive attitude, pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone
• Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member to achieve desired results
• Excellent customer service and exceptional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations in a calm manner
• Must be able to handle work volume fluctuations
• Strong applied knowledge in computer applications

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday – Friday only

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
– Completion of High School Diploma required
– Completion of community college business or administrative assistant course, or equivalent, knowledge in dispatching, livestock experience is a benefit.
