The Department of Energy, Mines and Resources has a GradCorps opportunity for a Mining Lands Officer. This position is responsible for assisting with managing the mining land use application process at the district level; coordinating government response to assessment recommendations on mineral exploration projects; developing Decision Documents and approvals and evaluating, processing and making recommendations for the acceptance or rejection of applications.
This position will work for a one-year Term from approximately April 2022 to March 2023. The salary will be 80% of the starting salary – $58,636
