Yukon Government Looking for Library Clerk – FHC at Whitehorse, YT Full Time

This competition is to fill (1) permanent part time position, working 42 hours biweekly.

We are looking for a Library Clerk to join our team at F.H. Collins Secondary School. Our school strives to support student success and create an environment where all learners feel safe, welcome and included. The library clerk is responsible for providing a variety of school library support services to students, staff and parents/guardians. If you are an energetic and enthusiastic person wanting to work in a fun-filled, busy school library, we would like to hear from you.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience performing routine clerical tasks such as: tracking and data entry, photocopying, scanning and faxing, and filing/records management;
• Experience working in a library setting or similar environment would be an asset;

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
