About The Opportunity…
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to provide frontline customer service and communications and service for the department. Specifically:
- sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance
- serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician
- explain nature of vehicle maintenance and costs
- advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance
- schedule appointments; contact customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups
- accurately prepare repair orders and invoices
About You…
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair sales, and customer handling, including:
- proven experience as a Service Advisor or Consultant in a dealership
- ability to sell vehicle labour and maintenance
- proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
