Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee timecards.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or performance management programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in planning and organizing employee events, such as team building activities and recognition programs.
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as memos and announcements.
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous Experience In An HR Or Administrative Role Preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
