How we work
Born as a digital-first company, we offer a fully remote work environment. Slack and Google Workspace are the primary ways we collaborate. Flexibility is key to how we operate in a family-friendly culture.
We are a results oriented work environment and a transparent organization. Our team operates efficiently and lean with roughly 35 employees. We’re nimble, making it easier to get stuff done. Our revenue is post Series B, so it’s an exciting time with the budget to really move the needle as we move from startup to scale up.
You will have the opportunity to define what success looks like and establish a brand voice heard by millions of Canadians.
About the role
As a member of the Learning EXperience Design team, you will be encouraged, empowered and challenged to be your best self.
You will work with dynamic colleagues – experts in their fields – who are eager to share their knowledge with you.
As an innovative thinker, do you embrace change, strive to go beyond customer expectations and have a passion for continuous learning? Our team at Zolo Realty believes the best learners make the best teachers and we are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us. In this role, you will be part of a professional Learning Experience Design team that supports more than 1000+ real estate agents across Canada.
You’ll have new and exciting opportunities to make training brighter for our agents – who are at the heart of everything we do. We are a training organization with over 1000 real estate sales agents. On average, we onboard up to 500 new agents per year.
This role will involve the entire life cycle of training from onboarding to helping Zolo real estate sales agents to complete their first real estate deal transaction, through to becoming a mature real estate sales agent. Zolo Training presently runs 7 virtual sessions a week, 4 mornings a week, that’s 500 agents a month trending to 6000 attendees a year. We do not conduct in-person events.
If you think Training at Zolo is low-tech, think again. To scale at the rate of our fast growth, we recognize the need to be at the bleeding edge of learning experience technology.
If you are a tech nerd with an eye for the cutting edge, then you will feel right at home. As an example, the LXD department pioneered the use of synthetic digital humanoid avatars at Zolo. Our platforms are super modern – we frown on manual tasks and encourage automation possibilities.
